Another Wonderful Dinner

Last Thursday night, our neighbor Beth (who, btw, is having kids of her own in a few months...twins, how exciting!) brought over gifts! She wanted to make us dinner and boy did she ever. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy and salad. We were rushing that night to get Loden to settle down so that we can have dinner while it was nice and fresh. Thinking about that meal as I write this makes my mouth water. Oh, and to top if off, she also brought us some chocolate cake. I love when it's cake time!!!
