A Quiet Friday Afternoon Snack

I picked up the kids a little bit early on Friday and we decided to have a snack at home. Mostly a normal event except for a few things. For some reason, Loden wanted to eat all his snacks with a spoon. This would be okay if he were eating apple sauce or jello. Nope, he was eating cookies, chex mix and fig newtons. The strangest thing about it all was how warily quiet the event was. No screaming. No crying. No TV. Nothing. Just two kids eating snacks. That's it.
